Quality Assurance Testing

Kynetx employs automated and manual test suites to ensure quality of code released to production. The following procedures regulate QA testing of code providing KNS:
- All code shall pass the KOBJ automated test suite before promotion. Exceptions must be approved in writing by the Chief Technology Officer.
- Package/library availability shall be tested on production machines before deployment.
- All code promotions with the possibility of broad based service impact shall be tested using the Kynetx Rule Test Suite (KRTS) prior to promotions.
- Code promotions that do not have broad based service impact shall be tested using KRTS after promotion.
