Release Coordination

Release (change) notification will be made according to the Change Control policy.

The following table specifies requirements for coordination during releases:

Impact	Coordination requirements
Low	Code can be deployed without coordination beyond the notification requirements in the Change Control policy.
Medium	Operations engineer must be on call and contacted prior to release to ensure availability
High	Operations engineer must be in contact with deploying engineer for the entire service period.
